Rivet System® Boltless Shelving is an easy-to-assemble, standalone shelving solution. Unlike traditional shelving, it doesn’t require nuts and bolts, allowing for quick and hassle-free assembly. Available in a variety of sizes, this shelving system is highly adjustable, making it a perfect fit for your storage needs.

If you prefer a DIY approach, we provide everything you need to assemble your shelving easily. Typically, the only tool required is a rubber mallet to help secure the connections between pieces. Shelving is designed for items that can be picked up by hand, while racks are typically used for bulk storage, such as cartons or palletized goods. Shelving units can also be customized with accessories like bins, doors, or dividers to suit specific storage needs. • Angle Posts – The vertical supports to which beams attach. Each shelving unit requires four angle posts.
• Double Rivet Beams – Horizontal braces that connect to posts to create shelves. These beams feature two rivets on each end for secure attachment. They are 2.75” high and range from 12” to 96” in length. Used on the top and bottom shelves, they provide essential structure and rigidity.
• Single Rivet Beams – Horizontal braces for middle shelves, with one rivet on each end. They are 1” high and range from 12” to 60” in length.
• Particle Board Decking – Total Warehouse provides 5/8” industrial-grade particle board as a standard decking option. The particle board sits atop the beams to create sturdy shelves.
• Laminated Particle Board Decking – For a cleaner and more polished look, we offer 5/8” industrial-grade laminated particle board, featuring a white laminate coating on one side for easy cleaning.
• Tie Plates – Used to connect side-by-side units for a continuous shelving system.
